We don’t have any refund policy as we are in the tertiary sector wherein we provide a platform for games, namely carrom, poker and rummy. The payments are only done after the consumption of service and thus no refund policy is relevant. However, in the event of a failed transaction the amount shall be credited back to the customer/player's account according to the Bank Policies of the platform used to make such transactions or the aggregator used for such transactions.
