1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, facilities, and platforms provided by Real Gaming Club.

By visiting, registering with, or using any service offered by Real Gaming Club, whether online, offline, or through mobile applications, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding electronic agreement in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws.

2. Definitions

• Platform refers to all services, venues, websites, mobile applications, and gaming facilities operated by Real Gaming Club.
• User/Player/You refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or participates in services offered by Real Gaming Club.
• Games refer to skill-based games including Rummy, Poker, and Carrom.
• Restricted States refer to Indian states where participation in real-money games is restricted by law.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or participating in any activity hosted by Real Gaming Club, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws
• You agree to abide by the rules of each game
• You are legally eligible to participate

Real Gaming Club reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible to use Real Gaming Club services only if:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are legally permitted to participate in skill-based games as per laws applicable in your region
• You are NOT a resident of Restricted States, which currently include:
  • Andhra Pradesh
  • Telangana
  • Tamil Nadu
  • Assam
  • Nagaland
  • Sikkim

Participation from restricted states is strictly prohibited. Any violation will be solely at the User’s risk, and the Company shall not be liable for refunds or damages.

5. Nature of Games

All games offered by Real Gaming Club, including Rummy, Poker, and Carrom, are Games of Skill.
Player success in these games depends on:

• Knowledge
• Strategy
• Analytical ability
• Experience and decision-making skills

The Company does NOT promote, support, or offer any Games of Chance or gambling activities.

6. Registration & Account Usage

To participate in games, Users must:

• Register using a valid mobile number and email ID
• Complete OTP verification
• Provide accurate personal details
• Complete mandatory KYC verification

You agree that:

• All information provided by you is true and accurate
• You will not create multiple accounts
• You will not allow anyone else to use your account
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

Real Gaming Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if any false, misleading, or fraudulent activity is detected.

7. KYC and Identity Verification

All Users must complete mandatory KYC verification, including:

• PAN Card
• Aadhaar Card
• Bank Account details

Failure to complete verification may result in:

• Account suspension
• Restriction of withdrawals
• Termination of services

8. Deposits and Withdrawals

Users may deposit funds using:

• Debit/Credit Cards
• UPI
• Internet Banking
• Other approved payment methods

Key conditions:

• Deposits can only be used for participation in games
• Withdrawals are processed after verification
• All transactions are subject to applicable laws and internal policies
• Real Gaming Club reserves the right to limit, cancel, or block transactions in case of suspicious activity

9. Platform / Service Fees

Real Gaming Club charges a service fee for hosting and facilitating games:

• A fragment of pot amount is charged as service fee for Poker and Rummy
• Fees are deducted automatically from winning amounts
• Fee structure may vary and is subject to change without prior notice

10. Tax Deduction (TDS)

As per Indian Income Tax laws:

• All winnings are subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)
• Current TDS rate: 30% on Net Winnings
• Withdrawals will be credited only after applicable deductions

Users are solely responsible for any additional tax liabilities.

11. Responsible Gaming Policy

Real Gaming Club is committed to promoting responsible and ethical gaming.

• Only individuals aged 18+ are allowed
• Excessive or addictive gaming is discouraged
• Players may be required to submit age proof
• The Company reserves the right to restrict gameplay for user safety

12. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using bots or automated tools
• Collusion or unfair practices
• Account sharing
• Fraudulent transactions
• Misconduct or abusive behavior

Violation may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Forfeiture of winnings
• Legal action

13. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, game formats, and materials provided by Real Gaming Club are the exclusive intellectual property of Real Gaming Club

Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or misusing any intellectual property without written permission.

14. Disclaimer of Liability

Real Gaming Club provides services on an “AS IS” basis.
The Company shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures
• Network issues
• Financial losses
• User negligence
• Unauthorised account access

Participation in games is entirely at the User’s own risk.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Gaming Club against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Breach of these Terms
• Illegal activity
• Misuse of services
• Violation of third-party rights

16. Termination of Account

Real Gaming Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account without prior notice if:

• Fraud is detected
• Required by law
• KYC norms are not fulfilled

17. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure in services due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Government restrictions
• Technical disruptions

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Any disputes shall be resolved through Arbitration
